Eric is a native Texan. Eric joined the Marine Corps at age 17 and served from 2002 – 2006. Eric served two tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Eric is also a member of the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable.

Many war veterans come back angry at life. But being in war twice at a young age gave me a new perspective on life. I came to realize that your life is the most valuable thing that you possess. Physical possessions come and go. But the human life – this is truly the most valuable thing on Earth.
Sometimes, fighting over things is not worth the heartache or headache that results. And getting too focused on these things can cause you to lose a clear focus on what is most valuable in life – YOU.
